The service here was very good. What I received for the price was not. The large roast beef costs over $ 13. I did not expect it to be a sandwich this large but it wasn’t huge. Quality was very low. Their cookie pack is around $ 2 for three cookies. THe cookies are not bad but a nice bakery would hope to get that price. Lastly the iced tea in the bottle was $ 2.69. Same tea at store is about a dollar. So with tax I spent $ 20 on a basic low quality lunch… And they expect tips!

Run!!! This place can’t do anything correctly. I ordered a sub and added bacon. Of course I was charged for it. My biggest problem was I had my order to go. When I got home I called them to tell them of the error, they thought it was funny, «you want to come back & I’ll give you a few strips of bacon?» Talk about crappy customer service!!! Hope you know that up charge & crappy rebuttal costed you a customer

If I could only give this place 0 stars… In July 2012, me and my fiancée had a severe case of food poisoning from this establishment. We were offered a refund, which was not what we were seeking when we reached out to the regional manager or the corporate office. We wanted this further investigated to find out what happened, to ensure this would not happen to anyone else. Their methods of investigation included simply asking, «who was working in the store, what did they look like,» and claiming they would review surveillance footage… we’re still waiting on this ‘review.‘ We were brushed off and reached the conclusion that we would never visit this location or any other Jersey Mikes franchise due to how they’re poorly monitored by corporate. We have since moved away from RI, so anyone looking for a sandwich, this is not the Jersey Mikes you may have experienced in another state.

I don’t think that my expectations for a deli sandwich are too high. I expect fresh food and decent customer service. This jersey mikes only offers half of those things. We again were the only customers in the place(should this have been my red flag). Two sandwiches were ordered at approximately 4:58 pm. I put my order in to one of 3 staff behind the counter(lets call her staff number 1). As i told her what I wanted she turned away from me and began gathering ingredients… did she get my full order? was she not ready to take my order? should i repeat it? awkward!!! She got the grill going and then staff person number 2(young guy in bandana) took over the grill. 5:07 pm Staff number 2 proudly placed one sandwich on the counter and looks my way. At that moment staff number 1 says, «where is her other sandwich?». The response sounded something like this %#@##@@. So staff number 3(who’d been standing back and watching this whole thing) jumps on the grill and takes over. 5:14 I receive eye contact from staff number 2 who is standing behind the counter and appears to be indicating that my order is ready. i gather my sandwichs and begin to mutter a thank you when i realize that all 3 of my gracious jersey mike representatives had walked away from the counter and again had their backs to me.(nice) Upon leaving i observed the 3 to be standing in the back of the restaurants sitting on the stoop smoking butts. These are the facts, you make the choice.
