If you can get a place here at a reasonable price, it’s fine. It’s pretty unfriendly — mostly thirty somethings who won’t be here for more than a year or two. Don’t expect anyone to notice if you die until you are a couple weeks late on your rent.
Watch out for mold. We have had a serious problem with it that had to be remediated several times. The management was pretty good about it.
