I have just terminated my agreement with this company after only three weeks of dog walking services. I would say that the owner is highly unprofessional as well as unreliable. After not showing up at the agreed-​upon day and time, I tried to call, but the phone was turned off. A few hours later I got a text that he could come at 4 PM, more than four hours after the agreed-​upon time. I gave him a second chance, and we agreed upon an exact range of time that he would be there daily, as well as an agreement that he would text me after he walked my dog each day. Within two days, he violated both of those agreements. When I asked him why he did so, his response to me was «Why are you pressing me? Why is there a problem? I need to make cash, and I can do that at the noon hours driving for Über.» Needless to say, but I was UBER appalled. I would recommend against ever hiring this person to walk your precious animals.

Zeid really cares about our dog Ollie and always ask questions if he is concerned about him. On more than one occasion he walked our dog for longer than we asked. I really appreciate that! A very pleasant, easy-​going, and polite guy! If your pet has an emergency, he has a car. Lastly, whenever I’ve had a change in plans, Zeid has been very accommodating.
