I bought a Unilocal deal a week ago and was hoping to get an airbrush tan before heading out of town. I have called many many times over several different days this week. I have left 3 voicemails on different occasions, leaving my name and contact info, and asking for a return phone call even if an appointment was not available. I have received no phone call back, and my credit card has been charged for this service. Luckily, I contacted Unilocal and they are willing to issue a full refund– kuddos to Unilocal!I’m just not sure how this business is going to survive if they cannot return phone calls given a week’s timeline. Oh, and the message that you receive when you call directs you to a non-functional website. Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of other local spray tanning establishments. I won’t be a returning customer.
