A.R. Glass Repairs

Eddie was responsive, friendly, and did a great job. We were missing a pane in an interior door to our son’s bedroom. Eddie gave me an estimate over the phone that was cheaper than any others I’d gotten. He came the next day and replaced the glass. We’re very happy with his work and would use him again.

We had a broken sidelight on our front door and A.R. was able to come the same day we called. The repair was quick and well done. The prices were really reasonable and fair. Highly recommend them for repairs, especially on older homes.

We use A. R for a window glass repair, Someone broke our house window at night. We called A. R glass repair, lucky for us they offer a 24hr emergency service. Eddy the tech showed up very quickly we where surprised how fast he came, he was very nice and understanding the situation we where in.
He boarded the broken window and clean all the glass. He took the measurements of the window and he said it will take around 7 days to get the window but he will try to do is best to get it sooner.
I was very happy that he called us 3 days later saying that he already have the window. He install it the next day.

I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate.
The technician came on time, gave a price the was slightly lower than another company that gave me an estimate. I paid a 50% down payment, and was promised the glass would be ready between 7 – 10 business days. The glass was ready after 4 days, the technician did the installation perfectly.
I was very satisfied with the entire process and definitely recommend working with AR.

I was looking to get a diagnosis for my window condensation problem and used Thumbtack which matched up AR Glass for the job. Eddie contacted me right away and made the appointment the next day to come out at my convenience. He was prompt, very knowledgable and discovered what the problem was (caulking). No Charge for coming out! He was honest and thorough and when these windows need replacement, I will definitely hire him and his company to do the job! Thank you Eddie!

Eddy and his assistant were fantastic. They are polite and very professional. The repair services they offer are incredible and surpassed my expectations. i highly recommend them!

The office set a time to do the work and when the day came, Eddie said they had a bigger job they wanted to do elsewhere. Probably nice people, but I did not have a professional experience.

I usually don’t review businesses like this, mainly for a lack of knowledge, however from a customer’s unprofessional point of view these guys were great. Quick response, very friendly on the phone and they were very understanding of the fact that a broken window that needs replacing is a small-​scaled crisis. Especially when it starts raining.
The price seemed reasonable to me, the guy that came over (Eddy I think was his name) was pleasant and professional and the whole window replacement process went quickly.
I hope I won’t have to, but if I will need any glass fixed around the house again I’ll definitely give them a call.

Great customer service from everyone at this company. The technician Eddie and the secretary were both very courteous and honest, always nice and professional.
I was able to send in a picture of the broken window and got a free quote over the phone. I asked one other local company and the price was just a tad bit more expensive so I went with these guys. Eddie gave me a slight discount for doing two windows together.
He came out and removed the broken glass on a 2^nd story window as a courtesy to avoid potentially hazardous situation (falling glass). Took measurements of the windows, put in the order with his warehouse and came back out to install in just about 7 business days.
I still think the price is a bit high for such work, but that could be more a reflection on the market price and not of A.R. Glass specifically.
The work was done in a professional manner, the technician showed up when scheduled, called me when on route as requested, and seems very genuine

Don’t like writing reviews but I have to say that they are really quick to respond and they had what I needed in stock, excellent pricing, installed the same day, perfect service.
I recommend it very much!

It was a great experience. The response was quick and the price lower than other quotes I received. I needed two windows installed and they were both done quickly and with no hassle.
