Truly the worst courier service I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I didn’t think to check Unilocal first, as I was in a rush to get the documents out. Well, I should have. Not only did they delay my documents(citing that the state department would not authenticate because the issuing body did not authenticate the documents — which is BS, considering I fly out to DC yearly to handle these myself!), but they lost one of the documents, gave the check to the State Department(WHENNOSERVICESWEREDONE), and proceeded to charge me for this terrible handling. You literally get what you pay for with them.

I’ve never written a review before but I feel the need to warn against this service. AWFUL. I work with a lot of courier services on the east coast, and honestly this is by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had! Do you people understand that you are a business, here to assist customers? Why would you hang up the phone multiple times after I try to have a question answered? Why do you refuse to discuss options when things go poorly? Why did you LITERALLY not let me finish a SENTENCE before you began SCREAMING at me? Who do you people think you are?! I would highly suggest promptly firing Sam. I work in hospitality, and deal with a lot of different types of businesses, but he was by FAR the absolute worst person to conduct business with. I’m dumbfounded, truly dumbfounded.

Awful! Do not use these guys unless you really just don’t care whether or not your package arrives. I told them when the package would be ready. Three calls and 3.5 hours later, the guy finally shows up. I had called their office twice, been assured the guy was going to be here«any minute,» and their dispatcher also called me once to tell me that the guy would be here«any minute.» An hour after the last«any minute,» the dude finally showed up. Thinking he was taking the package right to it’s destination, I(stupidly) didn’t worry. Two hours after he’d picked it up, I got a message from the intended recipient that they hadn’t received it yet. I called the service again, and the dispatcher checked the messenger’s location. Then he told me the guy would be arriving at the destination — say it with me now — «any minute.» Yeah. Forty-five minutes later(for a distance that should have taken the guy about 10 – 15 mins. in traffic), I received an e-mail from the recipient saying they’d received it. Nothing from the service. No confirmation or apology for their less-than-stellar service. I can’t believe I tipped the guy, too … Grrr.
