Insect fried into my chicken as if it were apart of batter. Don’t even trust the ice tea here anymore. Kitchen must be gross.

Not the fanciest place around but the food is good. I’ve tried Fried Wings, Fish Sub, Shrimp & Broccoli(inconsistent), Hunan Shrimp, Crabcake Sub(meh), fried rice, fries and onion rings.

Pretty decent chinese delivery. I like that you can specify the spiciness level on the dishes. The medium is still pretty mild though, so I recommend going for spicy for very spicy if you want a kick. The steak and cheese eggrolls were good as well, unlike many places. Good options for a good price. Just FYI the storefront is also a gas station? Kinda odd, but I’ve seen worse.

Placed a order for four items and each one was the wrong item order shrimp and mixed vegetables got chicken and Mix vegetable order French Fry’s and got hot sour soup there wouldn’t have been a problem but I’m allergic to Seafood and my wife doesn’t like chicken so we really only had the hot sour soup for dinner they need to put someone on the telephone that can speak English and take the right orders it was. a late at night and couldn’t call to replace the order what a meal and money wasted.

I love the chicken wings and fried rice. They add egg for $ 1 which make it delicious. They deliver quickly and the delivery fee is pretty low. I would give the food 5 stars, but the customer service gets 3 stars. They delivery driver refuses to bring the food to the front door which is incredibly annoying.(Experienced this 5 times) They don’t give fortune cookies which is always a bit of a let down.

I ordered through eat24 Unilocal app. And the delivery was quick. I entered where to deliver since I was in the hospital. Easy peazy! Everything taste great. Will book mark. Minimum delivery price $ 10. Everything total came to $ 15– taxes, delivery fee and plus a tip. Since I am temporarily living at the hospital with my child. I need a great delivery place, hospital food is expensive. Enough to stretch for two meals.

This review is for delivery services only, never actually been inside. Andys is great. They have typical chinese delivery and a whole bunch of other random items such as subs and chicken fingers. I get their delivery quite often and the vegetable lo mein is great. Delivery is quite timely. I’ve never had to wait for longer 45 minutes. My only complaint — their carry out menu explicitly says they offer coupons for free drinks and they most certainly do not offer that promotion. Otherwise, Andys is great and I’d definitely recommend it.

This review is for their chinese food. I’d give 3.5 stars if possible, but erring on the side of 3 stars. This place is a step above Hong Kong which is just down the road. If you want greasy chinese delivery that isn’t totally bad(but still not great), try here instead. I had the egg drop soup and chicken and broccoli. My friend had the sweet and sour soup and a beef dish. The soups were better than Hong Kong and the sweet and sour had some serious kick. The entrees were bland but plentiful. There are combos that come with an entrée, an egg roll, and fried rice. Fried rice had a couple slivers of onion and one or two bean sprouts. The egg roll was basically just fried dough(delicious fried dough at that). Would I order again? Maybe in a snow storm, or if I was super drunk.

Andy’s Carryout just joined GrubHub, and that’s honestly the only reason I tried them. The storefront itself is a bit off putting, so I probably wouldn’t have tried them otherwise. Ordered vegetable fried rice and vegetable lo mein via GrubHub last week and was pleasantly surprised by the burst of flavor in every bite. I have been looking all around DC for flavorful Chinese food, and have not been able to find it. I definitely will be ordering my Chinese delivery from Andy’s from now on! Oh, and it tastes even better the next day! **For my DC natives, they DO have mumbo sauce**

Whenever I’m uptown and want some wings & mumbo sauce, I hit Andy’s Carryout. Don’t be thrown off by the storefront behind the gas station or the folks congregating nearby, they’ve got the best mumbo sauce in the area. I’ve been going to this spot since I can remember. Wings fried hard, mumbo sauce on the wings & some on the side, fries w/salt, pepper & ketchup & a half/half or Rock Creek soda. Yessir!!!
