Me: «Do you have the 31 below mixins?» Salesperson: «No» Me: «Do you have Dulce de leche?» Salesperson: «No» Me:“Do you have the flavor of the month?“ Salesperson: «No» So, they pretty much have an average of 7 flavors at a time. Like, literally.

My experience was with a larger-sized order. I believe it was the manager who helped me. She struck me as very competent. Got me exactly what I needed and did it quickly. Understood the situation that I was buying the big order /for/and knew how to provide the right creamers and napkins and bag just right, etc. These may seem like a simple concepts to get right but it is uncommon in my experience to find someone like that. Clean and tidy behind the counter, even though everyone was very busy and crowded back there.

I wasn’t expecting much, but dang, that was one of the worst breakfast sandwiches I’ve EVER had. Wrong cheese. Raw english muffin. All ingredients cold. How hard is it to assemble and microwave a breakfast sandwich?! Sad.

The woman working there on the Monday night that I went may be the nicest DD employee ever. I’m not used to being treated so well in DC. It was quite a treat.

I don’t know why there’s two entries for this Dunkin Donuts, but here’s my copy and pasted review from the other Unilocal page: This place is horrendously understaffed. Stopping to get a sausage egg and cheese here took probably 25 minutes. They were«out of hash browns» and the dude working the counter said they always ran out on Saturdays(this was at 10:00 am, not exactly late in the morning for a Saturday). I assume this means that they just don’t have the time to make the damn things. For the amount of traffic this place gets, having one person work the cash register, one person work the coffee, and one guy«make» all the breakfast sandwiches is nowhere near enough. Additionally, at this location you can see how the eggs and sausage are heated(in little plastic bins filled with water) and it really makes your sandwich unappetizing.

Oh. Hell. Yes. There is a blog about the Petworth and Columbia Heights neighborhoods. The posting about this Dunkin Donuts is basically, «finally some good news for 14th and Girard». Amen to that. This is my block, my home, my retreat from the street. And now, I’ve got a Dunkin Donuts on the corner. Woo hoo! So far, service is friendly, maybe a tad slower than I’d like. Plus, some of the staff still need to learn the names of the donuts. No worries. their coffee rocks. This is fact, I tell you, fact! I kinda wish they allowed you to put your own crème and sugar in, but that is a corporate issue. I have yet to try the ice cream, but donuts and coffee are yum yum yum! Top of the morning to ya!
