Ben Puchalski

Ben is awesome! We moved cross country from California, which is a daunting task in terms of housing. We only had one visit to the area, but Ben showed us around and gave us an honest assessment of all the DC neighborhoods and areas in Montgomery County. We couldn’t find a place on our first visit, and being busy professionals were not able to come back again. But our worries were relieved, Ben diligently searched for residences, listened to our needs and really put himself in our shoes giving us the straight answers on the good, and not so good neighborhoods (and advantages/​disadvantages of in-​betweens). He found the perfect house for us, eliminating a commute, bigger than we thought we could afford with a yard and garage– total bonus. Plus, we had the additional constraint of having a dog, but that didn’t seem to phase him. He was quick to reply to our inquiries, genuinely took our concerns into consideration, seamlessly found us a great deal –within a day of the real estate posting (he was on top of it!) and was just a pleasure to be around. In fact, when we get settled, we might have him over to have a beer. Next time we need real estate, we’d definitely start with him and I pass along my highest recommendation.

I found my apartment in Arlington after Ben showed me around to several places. He was very helpful to narrow down options and extremely prompt with answering questions and scheduling to view apartments. I did not feel pressured to make a decision and he even pointed out some of the areas of concern at some of the apartments we viewed. I would use his assistance again when looking for a house and recommend him to others looking as well.
