C & C Custom Cleaners

So far so good! Not sure why everyone has trashed this place as of late.

After using this cleaners for over 25 years, I will no longer. The original owner Charlie, who died recently always made one feel appreciated as a customer and if any items needed re-​doing he would always make it right. Since he passed, some family members have been running the establishment. Yesterday when I visited to take a load of cleaning, the male attendant was rude and very dis-​oriented in his actions. After taking in my new order, he charged me for what I thought was my pickup order only to see that he charged me for another customers order. After attempting to understand how he was going to resolve the issue, e totally lost it, indicated I did not ave an order to pickup when I did. He could not seem to figure out how to resolve his mislead actions. Finally after about 15 minutes, I asked him to identify how he intended to resolve his mistakes. he had no solution. Finally he found my order and as I was paying and expressing my concerns for his lack of customer sensitivity, he took the clothes that I had brought in for cleaning and threw them at me clearly indicating but not verbally expressed that he no longer wanted my business. I let him know that I did not need to pay for this kind of service and he became cleary agitated and rude. After all these years, he has lost my business!!!

This has got to be the worst Dry Cleaners in DC! Go anywhere else but here for your dry cleaning needs
