they are the best in the city. for 10+ yerars we bounced around with different clearners but have been with Regal for 15+ and they are great. The new owner has even improved the shirt service.

They seemed to do a good job on my clothes, but they destroyed one of my shirts. (Destroyed is the appropriate word.) They offered to repay me for it with store credit. I’ll use them again, because they are close to where I live. I’ll update again once I’ve used the store credit to see how this pans out. Accidents can happen… once…

I come here when I have nice clothes that need to be dry cleaned. Other stuff, goes to Zips where I pay $ 1.99 a piece and take the chance it will return sans button. However, I found myself on a Tuesday needing my suit cleaned by Thursday for a job interview. Going to Regal instead of Zips was like buying insurance for my suit and shirt. I paid $ 17 for the three pieces instead of the $ 6 I would have paid at Zips. But I got my suit back the next day clean and without any damage.
Sometimes I need insurance for my clothes and it times like that, I will pay more for Regal.
