At the beginning of the year, I selected Carefirst in the Washington, DC area as my health insurance carrier through the marketplace. Since then, I’ve used their website and the website for their prescription drug provider — CVS/Caremark, to order prescription refills. I’ve had a few occasions to contact Carefirst and CVS/Caremark by phone to ask a few questions. I’ve been VERY pleased with the online experience and the phone support. The websites are easy to navigate and user-friendly, and when I call, I can get to a representative easily and with a minimum wait, if any. And so far I’ve had all my questions answered immediately, without any need for a second call or other follow-up.
