If you’re in the D.C. area and looking for a hair pro, look no further.
Carey has been cutting my hair for many years (in my prime 20’s) and I’m thankful for that. As another reviewer mentioned Carey has an amazing personality and that makes appointments a pleasure. I really love seeing Carey at Salon L’eau. She’s caring, fun, intelligent and great at her craft. My hair has never looked as good as it does now, and I just turned 38, so I’ve been around the block with hairstylists. I have course, curly, unmanageable hair and she turns it into a head of beautiful locks through her formaldehyde-​free Keratin treatments. I also use her organic color products which get rid of the grays on the top of my head near my part, and have her trim it once or twice a year (I have longer, shoulder length hair). The whole thing looks totally natural and beautiful.

I highly recommend Carey for cut and color. She’s caring and creative – and she genuinely wants you to look good! I trust her completely. One time she made me come back later in the day because she didn’t think the color took the right way. I couldn’t tell, but she wasn’t happy so she worked her magic again until she thought it was just right.

Carey is an excellent hair stylist. She has been doing my hair for years now, both cut and color, as well as my daughters and even my sister when she comes into town from California! I am very particular about my hair and Carey is very good at listening to what I want and is able to achieve the desired results or offer an even better way to do it. She keeps up with current trends and pays attention to detail. On a personal level, Carey has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable, even if its your first time in the salon. I highly recommend her!
