I moved in on August 31, 2015
Nothing is better than moving to a place where you are the first to occupy the unit. The building smells like a brand new car. It is super clean and modern. It has a decent gym and very nice common areas and patio overlooking the Washington Cathedral. The parking garage is very bright and there are charging points, for your electric cars :). The elevator from the parking goes straight to your floor. Sunny, the assistant manager was very professional and friendly while taking me around the building for a tour. It was a right decision to move to the Cathedral Commons. It is very convenient. Giant is just across the street. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops in the area. I love my unit and the building, both the exterior and the interior. The concierge staff, Duane in particular is very attentive. I hope the team would keep the excellent work. I would recommend this place and if you had time, please stop by!

I could not be happier with my decision to move to Cathedral Commons. It’s a beautiful building in a fantastic DC neighborhood and the appointments and amenities here are really incredible. The staff here — Juliana, Sunny, Jackie and all of the concierge staff — Duane in particular — are extraordinarily attentive and provide service to a extremely high standard. They go out of their way to accommodate and to make you feel like a valued part of the community. They are on top of every request and go the extra mile every time. They also stage quite a few social events– wine tastings, breakfasts and dinner parties — that are always beautifully executed and a lot of fun for families and neighbors. Don’t pass up the opportunity to tour if you are considering a Washington apartment.

We moved in only a few days ago and our experience has only been amazing so far! The staff is friendly and always helpful, the facilities are plenty and the appliances are good quality; which is different than our previous condo experience.
