I love living in McLean Gardens. The right mix of green and urban, diverse and friendly neighbors, and proximity to restaurants, shopping and work.

Avg $ 600 a month for Condo Dues… that is all you need to know.
$ 600 for dues and you get nothing… and i mean nothing. trash draged to the curb for animals and vagrants to rummage through, lawn maintenance done twice the whole year and unhelpful office staff.
If you can afford $ 600 a month in nothing condo fees… in addition to your already grossly high mortgage… then I have a resume i’d like to send you because I would like your job.
