Had a confirmed painting estimate appointment between 2pm-3:30pm. Called them at 3:00pm, as I was getting concerned that they may not show up. The operator said the appointment was for 3pm and the painter was on his way. I have an email from them confirming the appointment was for 2pm-3:30pm. Decided to wait some more and called again at 4pm. Operator said he would call the painter to check on his status and that he would give me a call back to give me an estimated time of arrival. Ended up waiting until 4:30pm and gave up on waiting for them. They never showed up nor ever called to say they weren’t coming. Avoid this company at all cost, not worth wasting an afternoon.
