Fantastic wings. They’re seasoned with old bay(my guess) and deep fried. You’re given seveal sauce choices to complement the wings. The wings are fairly big and juicy — not overcooked at all. I really liked the wings plain but I did get the ranch sauce which is your standard mass market type. 4 wings for $ 4.25 is a very reasonable. Definitely look forward to trying other items on the menu.

This review is for the fries only: The fries are awesome! They have 8 flavors you can add and 10 sauces. They also have 3 specials sauces they always advertise. The fries are delicious and I love that they keep the skin on. They make them in front of you so they’re always fresh and hot. The guy taking orders is always friendly. I never have a long wait.

Standard chicken strips and fries that you can get in literally any restaurant anywhere. The multiple offerings of seasonings and sauces are interesting, but not enough to make me want to go back. I did not try the wings or hotdogs.

On the way to one of the Smithsonian museums, this food truck provided a quick bite of chicken tenders fresh out of the frier. I was told last minute that the large combo deal came with two sauces and I was offered to try one of their many. «Sure, I’ll try the Boom Boom, whatever the hell that is,» I said indifferently. It was tangy and mild and went perfectly with the hotter-than-the-sun bites. We discovered that we do like the sauce, the sauce that goes boom. Not bad for a random bite to eat in the DC Mall.

I stopped by here earlier today. There were only a few people in line, so I figured this would be a quick lunch order. There was only one person working at the food truck, and he was both busy cooking and taking orders. So it took almost 10 minutes just to place my order for the chicken strip combo(3 chicken strips and fries. With a choice of dipping sauce for the chicken strips and a choice of dry rub for the fries). It took another 10+ minutes for me to receive my food. Way too long of a wait. The chicken strips were large, and were piping hot. The strips were pretty good, especially dipped in the blue cheese dressing. The fries with beer dry rub were still very bland, but did have a slight beer flavor. The food was marginally priced at $ 10 and change. The food was overall decent, but nothing stellar.

Really wanted this to be good as I enjoy a solid chicken tender, but just not up to par. For $ 9, i got 2.3(one was basically a small nugget) not crispy, lightly battered tenders, a decent helping of solid, but not amazing fries and a decent BBQ sauce. Sadly, nearly any fast food joint would have been better, and certainly not as good as most sports bars. I really hope they step up there game.
