They came to the house, developed all kinds of creative ideas and then … NOTHING. I have been waiting for 8 weeks now. Every email reminder is like pulling teeth. My sense: don’t go there unless you want to spend a million bucks on a renovation or upgrade. It’s fine to turn a job down. It’s unprofessional to first make promises and then not deliver! I have lost two months and the construction season is now over. Stay away.
