Nice location. Had the Caesar salad and bbq chicken pizza. Soooo good! Washed it down with a mojito lemonade

Didn’t really find this place to be that good. I think it was what I ordered. The service took a little longer that I thought it should to get a sandwich. The place was clean though and that is a good thing. I don’t think this would be on the top of my list to eat at though.

Who would guess that the sandwiches here are so deliiiiiiish. But they are. This is a great lunch place to grab something during weekday. Not much to it other than the fresh bread and incredible fast and great service. The lunch time manager runs the place so smoothly. Sandwiches come out and he even personally brings it to your table. The staff behind the counter don’t always get the order right. I ordered green salad abc got Greek salad hahaha I ate it though since it looked better than green salad.

This place is so awesome! I love their bread! I gave three stars only because I always have to wait awhile before getting my order. Other than that great soup.

We go here all the time — it is just delicious! We had the Parmesan melt, the NEW Mac and Cheese and vegie flatbread pizza. All were outstanding! BigJoe

Really good location, right off the metro if you take the Jennifer Street exit.(Next to where TJ Maxx used to be!) I have had lunch here once and it was really good, I recommend the house salad!(They also give samples of their bread while you are waiting!) As for breakfast, this is where I come the most when in the area. As there are not a lot of descent breakfast choices in the area, this is by far good! I am a true fan of their hazelnut coffee!(Same cost as a regular coffee!) It has a great taste and is not bitter at all! You can add your own cream, milk or sugar as well! The coffee/drink station is always clean, which is one of the first things I look at in a self serve place! I have tried almost everything on their menu for breakfast… including all of the wraps and a few bagel sandwiches.(All of which I cannot complain about!) You can even choose egg whites! I really enjoy that they make their own bagels and they are square so they are easy to eat and the ingredients don’t fall all over the place. The oatmeal is also a good choice on their menu. It is a good consistency and you can choose your toppings!

My work event catered from here for breakfast and lunch. Three days straight. And tonight my body finally puked it all out. If I only ate Cozi lunch then I would definitely recommend this place for lunch. But unfortunately I don’t think I will eat Cozi’s for the rest of my life. They are very prompt with delivery if you get your order catered.

This is a weekly go to for a good salad/sandwich combo and a nice coffee/study spot. I pretty much like all the salads, but our latest go to is the half sandwich/half salad combo. The TBM melt always comes through, all the hot sandwiches are worth a try. I love the vanilla honey latte and chai tea latte. Prices are reasonable and food quality good — the bread is hands down some of the best flatbread I’ve ever had… crispy on the outside, doughy inside with just the right amount of salt.

I like Cosi and this one is good stuff. Salads bread sandwiches and bowls all good. I have not tried da pizza. It’s pretty quick but tastes good. Cosi Cobb salad is a fav as is the Korean pork bowl… And the bread finishes it up nicely

Not a glamour lunch spot but I’m a huge fan of the flatbread and the tandoori chicken salad. Bottomless coffee is a good touch but it never tastes fresh. Seriously though, that salty goodness bread is like carb crack.

I’m a big fan of Cosi in general and the Friendship Heights location did not disappoint. I’ve visited several times and each time, I’ve eaten very fresh, delicious food, been met with great service, and found plenty of places to sit. I especially enjoyed the Adobo Lime Chicken Salad(all-natural grilled chicken, roasted corn and black beans, tortilla strips, pico de gallo, romaine, with an adobo vinaigrette) that I ordered here last time. Cosi is always an excellent food option.

The first time I ate at Cosi was when I moved up to NYC back in ’99. I remember it was an awesome experience because there wasn’t a place like that back here at that time. While I worked up there, I frequented the one right next to Grace building. I haven’t been to one since I moved back to VA in 2006. I happened to catch a screening last week at Mazza so I decided to try it out. The menu changed a lot for sure. What I really like is they put up the calories for each item. It truly helps me as I am watching my calories intake now. I ordered a TBM with fat free Cosi vinaigrette. It wasn’t bad at all but it doesn’t wow me. I will come back next time I am in the area to try other sandwiches or maybe salads.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I work across the street and went here on break. When I got back I found my entire order was wrong. Way wrong. So I went back over just to get it corrected and the cashier argued that it was my fault and I ordered the wrong thing. So I asked for a refund. At which point a MANAGER started to argue with me and refusing my refund saying it was my fault. Even if it was my fault it doesn’t matter. Fix it. I finally got refund but I will never go here again.

Stopped in for some coffee and reading. Had a medium hazelnut coffee. I am NOT a coffee aficionado, but I liked it.(It actually made/makes me want to get into coffee!). I’ve been to better Cosi’s that were cleaner, and where the staff had more pep. But from a strictly practical, less emotive standpoint, this place is fine.

I came here for lunch today and was again happy with my experience. The floors and tables were clean and the staff were friendly and competent. Our salads were ready quickly and all the ingredients were fresh. I really like their Signature Salad, and the light version of it(light vinaigrette and half the cheese) is just as satisfying as the regular one. I just wish it were easier to park in the area!

While waiting for some of the stores to open on Wisconsin Ave. on a Sunday, I decided to grab a bite to eat. They were advertising new breakfast wraps, so I decided on that. It was very close to 11, when they switch from serving breakfast to lunch. After a few minutes of waiting, Tyrone the manager came over and said they were out of eggs, and asked if I would mind waiting for about ten more minutes. I told him I would be happy to just order a sandwich for lunch and pay the difference. He said that would not be necessary, for which I thanked him several times. Great service, but the few times I have been here it has been a hangout for high school and a few college aged kids talking about their late night escapades. really? Not sure why they hang out eating free bread samples and talking while management does nothing. However, I would go back if I am ever starving and shopping in that part of town, as there are not many places in the area to grab a quick bite.
