I’ve been going to D&B since they moved to their location. They are such a pleasure to work with (something not often said about auto repair shops). I have a 30 year old car and a 20 year old car and they have fixed everything that has broken with them. It’s truly been a pleasure and I wouldn’t think about going to someone else.
That said, they’ve gotten some new staff recently that aren’t as knowledgeable and personable as Dalissa and Brito, but they are slowly getting better with time.

D & B provided excellent customer service and did an outstanding job on my new brakes and oil change. They were open on a Saturday unlike many of the other shops I called in the area. I took my car in at 9 and after ordering parts to the shop it was ready to be picked up by noon. We will now use this as our regular auto shop.

Call in the morning to confirm my appt for the day., was told it was at 12pm got there in time and they were fixing another car. I had to wait 4 hrs for my car to be ready, got late to work and besides that THEY TOOK ONE OF MY TIRES and replaced it with one they had sitting around their shop. I spoke to the «manager» on the phone and instead of apologizing for everything she spoke to me in a really rude n bad way. She didn’t do anything and Never offer a SOLUTION. Horrible horrible experience and customer service ever! Please stay away from this place. I would never recommend it!

The folks here took my car in on a friday for new rotors /​calipers /​brake pads and fluid and I was on the road the next day. The brakes are solid and so are the guys running the shop. I felt the work was great and the price was right. Don’t hesitate to go to this shop.

I would definitely recommend D&B. Their services are excellent and they have reasonable prices. They also provide you with a warranty of 6 months and are very responsible about their services.

I took my 2000 Pontiac Grand Am to a Mr. Tire in Arlington for a light bulb and an oil change. They came back to me with a list of 7 dire-​sounding things wrong that they could fix for $ 3,400. My car has 98,000 miles on it. It isn’t worth ½ that amount. Realizing I was nearing inspection time and panicking slightly, I took it to D&B. They were recommended years ago by a co-​worker and had always treated me very well and very fairly. They took stock of what really needed to be addressed and what was a waste of money and were able to fix my car for a fraction of that amount (under $ 700). I regret not going to them for the oil change and light bulb. I will never spend another cent with another car repair shop. THANK YOU D&B.
