European Service Center

American Service Center (Mercedes Benz of Arlington) told me my car’s thermostat had to be changed (they budgeted 750 USD) and an oil leak. I did not see any of the issues associated with that problem, except a check your engine light so called Peter at ESC to double check. The mechanics at ESC looked at everything and realized it was ok, they also found the dealer had not filled up the oil after they performed the service. My recommendation: check these guys up.

Prompt and professional service; Technician listened to my description of the problem, immediately went to the car to check my description; worked on the car and less than an hour later I was on my way.

Very friendly and professional team. They gave me some great feedback on what repairs to expect and even suggested what could be optional vs. mandatory. Very trustworthy and they kept me updated on repair status. I highly recommended them to friends and co-​workers who need mechanical work.

My car kept needing a jump in order to start. They replaced the battery, two halo lights, and a parking sensor. The tech was very polite. He proactively kept me informed throughout the day.
I didn’t do the full five stars because I wanted an estimate on hail damage and they weren’t able to give it to me as promised. But they tech took photos and promised to follow up. There was also an error code that they didn’t clear. I wasn’t informed of that until I picked the car up.
Overall, good service.

I have a 2005 BMW 545i. It had emissions error codes I could not seem to pin down with the dealer. The mechanics found the error code and pinpointed the adjacent components (code said secondary pump failure, but they replaced the component next to it; saving $ 100). Error code free and service was speedy. Within walking distance to Rhode Island Metro, so that saved a cab fare home. Small shop, so not much overhead. No frills, just great service. I will be back.

Fixed my 330 rear bumper after a series of parallel parking mishaps. Also dif an alignment for WAY cheaper than the rip-​off BMW service dealers.

Great Job, professional service. Dropped off my mercedes with a giant scratch and misaligned bumper. Got it back looking brand new 2 days later. The staff was friendly and gave me a ride to the metro. The prices were more than reasonable especially compared to the dealer or the places the dealer tries to feed you to.
I would use them again and reccomentd them to BMW, Mercedes owners.

I purchased a $ 96 for $ 48 certificate on Unilocal,and scheduled a service appointment for a 60,000 mile service on an Audi A4. I arrived and couldn’t drop my car off for 30 minutes because the owner was dropping someone else off, so I had to wait in the office. When he arrived, I gave him the certificate. He said he would call with a price estimate before doing the work. I never got that call, just a call saying the car was ready. When I picked the car up, at a different location, they told me they wouldn’t honor the certificate b/​c it was only good for «diagnostics». This is not included anywhere in the terms of the certificate. Basically, I don’t trust these guys and would recommend you stay away:
(1) 30 minutes late for the appointment
(2) Never called to give me an estimate, just did the work
(3) Refused to honor the terms of the certificate
(4) Farmed my car out to another shop that they may not even be closely affiliated with to do the actual service, and probably simply took a cut for the referral
