DC Carpet Cleaners

I bought a Groupon for a cleaning in April and have since then left no fewer than 4 messages (with countless calls in between). I seriously was wondering if they were a real company and so went on the computer today to check them out; no BBB accreditation, but that isn’t a surprise. Its been over a month now and still no response. They are already the worst and I really just want my money back. Stay away from these scammers!
Update: I got a refund. Forget these losers.

I bought a 5 room carpet clean from DC Carpet Cleaning on Groupon for $ 89. I could not be more disappointed. My son let the representative in the house who immediately tried to upsell my son saying the basic clean won’t clean the carpet and to pay for a «deep clean.»
He separated my son from $ 80 of the birthday cash I had given him and then only cleaned one of the 5 rooms with any positive result as he kept complaining my som did not give him more cash.
The other areas looked completely untouched after the carpet soaking had dried. I called DC Carpet Cleaning twice over two weeks to get a representative back to the house. Their phone service is trained to say that they will have «a supervisor get back» to me but after 3 weeks now no one as yet to call me back.

I got a fair quote for a small job that needed to be done within only six hours notice. A staff member called to confirm a specific time and arrived within 10 minutes of that estimated time. He did the work swiftly while attending with care to quality. I was glad to work with a firm that demonstrated competence, reliability, expertise, and efficiency.
