DC Green Clean

I saw DC Green Clean advertised on Living Social, and, since my carpets were still badly stained from a wild Holiday Party I threw last year and my mother in law was coming to visit in the near future, I bought it. This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service, so I didn’t really know what to expect. When I scheduled the appointment, they told me that they would come by some time between 12 and 3 on the day of. The technician called me to alert me when she was on her way, and she arrived exactly at noon. She was very thorough in her inspection of my carpets, asking questions as she went about the types of stains and any previous carpet care. She then proceeded to outline the different cleaning options, explaining the benefits of each in detail, and offered a recommendation. I learned so much more about carpets and carpet cleaning that day than I had expected to! The whole process, including the actual cleaning part, only took about 45 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the results – all of the stains are gone and the carpet looks brand new! I will definitely use DC Green Clean for future carpet cleaning services.
