Deep Breath Air Duct Cleaning

I bought a Groupon for this company for $ 69 to come clean my vents. Within a minute of their arrival they were already trying to charge me more money (I understand that’s the point of Groupon, but give me a break.) They said «These are the dirtiest vents I have seen in my life» and they said the same thing about my air handler. I highly doubt they were the worst ever as this place is not horribly old nor was it abused. The guy said he could clean my air handler for $ 1,200! I said no. They then charged me an extra $ 90 to do the vents with some extra tool they said was required. Then they left after having basically done nothing. I had another HVAC guy come out to clean the air handler ($ 200…that’s $ 1000 less!) and he cleaned the vents for free since Deep Breath did such a poor job and he felt bad. He gave me photos of their shoddy work too. On top of all of this, they didn’t even touch the dryer vent which was also covered in the Groupon price. They said they did, but I watched them completely bypass it. I just pulled out a huge gob of lint from the outside of the house. This place does not do a good job, does not value the service they provide and only wants your $$$.
