Took weeks to get a response, which Digby blamed on technical problems. When I finally got in touch with them(the only reason I kept trying was because we really wanted a certain design) I was shocked by the price and the rudeness of the gentlemen on the other end. It’s as if he didn’t believe in customer service or selling their product which is pricey for a pre designed template.

They made made promises they didn’t keep regarding timing and completing our Save the Date and never responded to multiple calls and emails. We had to start over from scratch after wasting nearly a month of our time. Very unprofessional.

I have become obsessed with beautiful paper goods thanks to Digby & Rose. I found them through an online search, and their prices seemed to be fairly reasonable compared to some of the stuff in the DC area. They helped me design every piece of my wedding stationary, and I’m in love. I got absolutely beautiful, custom-designed save the dates, invitations, reply cards, blank note cards, and I could not be happier. Twice now friends have told me that on their refrigerator covered in save the dates and invites, other people always pick mine out as their favorite. Well I’m a lucky duck thanks to Heather, Amanda, and the Digby & Rose team! I also don’t live close to their storefront, and work a very hectic schedule, so it was hard for me to get in to pick up my items once they came in. Heather had them sent to my office via messenger, which was a life saver! Just the extra above-and-beyond touch that makes them such a special place. 5 stars!!!
