It’s not the most expensive gas in DC, but it’s far from the cheapest either. Good luck finding any other place to fill out though. If the needle is on empty, fill up here. Positioned beside the Exorcist Stairs, this is obviously the Exorcist Exxon. It’s not nearly as scary as the stairs though.

Dubbed The Exorcist Exxon, this place is not TOO bad. I really wish they wouldn’t sell lottery here. Degenerate gamblers take this place over during rush hour and if you need to go in for a bottled water or something, there’s usually only one person working the register, so you’ll definitely be waiting in line for as long as the clown in front of you thinks he’s going to win… because you’ve gotta play to win, right? This gas station is super convenient for coming out of DC to go into Montgomery County. It’s priced a lot higher than most gas in the entire area, so bring your corporate card! ;-)

Get gas here. Sort of an eyesore, but were really nice to let us park our car to walk around for a bit. Yay for them. wait… no. yay for us. one extra star for being cool to outsiders. And watching me act like a dork on those damned stairs.

It’s a gas station on the other side of the Key Bridge. You can get DC lottery tickets, snax and gasoline. No other services though. Don’t expect directions unless you buy a map. Cops come by for the donuts and deal with the unruly underage students who try to buy beer now that the closest beer place has closed down. Oh, and as the previous reviewer noted, it’s right beside the steps used in the movie, The Exorcist.

Located at the foot of the exorcist steps, this Exxon provides cigarettes and rolling papers to Georgetown students, as well as Doritos and Chipwiches to travelers heading west on Canal Road. There is always a cop car outside, in the parking lot of this station. I’ve never understood why – just watch yourself and keep the illegal parking lot activities to a minimum. The cashier is always behind a plexiglass screen, to prevent assault, it seems… why all the security? Does this place attract lowlifes and addicts? Is it something about the flourescent glow, late at night after other businesses are closed? In conclusion, this is a quality gas station, but only if you come in, get what you want, and then get out of there without attracting suspicion.
