David was excellent to deal with. He walked me through each step and explained what and how to get my papers processed properly. To my great surprise the passport came in only one week from the time I Fed-Ex’d the documents to him… I wasn’t expecting anything for at least 2 weeks. I will recommend their services to family and friends in a heartbeat. Thanks David!

I am sure most people have a fine time with this service, but when there was a hold on my application David blamed me for it and said I was rude to ask why I paid so much for a service that could not help me troubleshoot or mitigate an issue. David said, «What do you expect me to do? Kick the door down the government’s office and demand your passport?» I expected a service like this to help in situations like this, not blame me for doing it wrong whether I did or didn’t. David said they are only an expediter and that is true. I should not have expected them to do anything but provide me with FedEx Envelopes. A lot of reviews say that this service is professional, and I am sure they normally are, but when there is an issue get ready to pay even more and gamble your vacation.

UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! FANTASTIC. D. Donovan from Fast Passport Center did a GREAT job in getting our kids passports done! He was very professional from the very beginning. Talking to him relieved part of the stress we were experiencing due to the fact that our trip in a few days and with the holidays we were just going crazy. Worst at what they say they do!!! Better off going straight to Federal building and taking a few hours to insure that you’ll have a passport!!! We contacted David J Donovan in the last week of June, of which he promised we’d have an answer and a passport before our trip on July 12, 2014. But after paying monies to company Mr. Donovan is very hard to contact, Jul 10, 2014 at 1:29 PM, David J Donovan state they need more info for son (18 just graduated high school): Drivers license front & back, (2)credit cards front & back, (3)pages of bank statements??? After all that the passport came 2 weeks after the trip. we went to «Federal building» and restarted process and received the same day!!! THANKZ FOR NOTHING!!!

Outstanding in every regard. Easy to use, great communication and quick results. Shipped my forms to them on ¹¹⁄₂₆ using 5 – 7 business day turnaround service and had my passports by 12/5, even with Thanksgiving in between. Pricing was outstanding compared with other reputable services. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I couldn’t be any happier with the service fast passport center provided me with. I called on a Friday at 7PM and David Donovan responded my calls and e-mails immediately, he even helped me through the process the next day Saturday. I sent the documents on Saturday August 10 and everything was ready by Tuesday the 13^th. Their service and price for the expedited service is outstanding and I highly recommend hiring them rather than going to other expedited websites that are overpriced and do not help you throughout this stressful process (fastport passport! I had a horrible experience). With that said, thank you so much Fast passport center for making my trip possible, David you are an Angel!

Couldn’t be happier! I attempted sending off my passport renewal to Dept of State January 3^rd and 6 weeks later did not have it still! I began to panic because my trip is March 2^nd. I called Fast Passport on February 20^th and David D. assured me that was PLENTY of time. I wasn’t convinced. I sent my payment and got email notifications each step, not to mention I called David everyday more than once I’ll add. Had my passport in hand February 25^th… I did the passport dance
