This is the worst eatery on campus. Food takes more than 10 min to prepare. Quantity is poor given very high price. Staff seems lazy and inefficient. I got the lemongrass burrito and it tastes like nothing. They forgot the main ingredient that was supposed to make it a lemongrass wrap, the sauce. Overall I would not recommend this to anyone on campus but girls seem to love it because it’s overpriced healthy food.

Although I’m usually a bring-lunch-from-home kind of worker bee, occasionally, that doesn’t work out. In such instances, it is nice to have a fresh, healthy option nearby. The lines are rather long if you’re here at anytime between 11:30 and 2 on a weekday, and the line management is not handled well, so the wait can be extremely slow — especially given that there is no ‘make-your-own’ salad option. Anything you order is on the menu. I would love it if they offered more customizable salad/wrap/bowl options, but you’re stuck with selecting a pre-existing option and making(very) slight modifications. From a line management perspective, it would undoubtedly make things even worse — but I would like the ability to choose my own salad. Freshii offers options for those with a special diet(especially vegan or gluten free) and while it isn’t cheap, it is about par for the course on campus. Campus food is kind of like airport food — overpriced and mediocre, but preferable to nothing.

Atrocious service, can’t say much about the food. Avoid it until they figure thugs out. The management here really have no conception of how best to serve a lot of people during a very busy time. The lines get very long, and customers’ orders are frequently lost. It’s an absolute mess, even by the somewhat lower standards of a college cafeteria. There are plenty of places at AU that can serve you quality food quickly and more cheaply. Considering the fact that so many orders are messed up or lost, I would expect the staff to be much more professional and polite. This is not the case. I’ve been to this location twice, and I’m neither occasion have I received what I ordered on the first try. Other people waiting around me have had the same problem. Whatever kind of edamame salad I did receive the first time I went was not very good. But I honestly can’t review the food. The second time my order never came and I asked for a refund. Suffice to say, Freshii won’t get a third chance from me.
