Needed help in a bind ditching a few items. The guys showed up about an hour after I called and were super cordial about everything. $ 150 for them to move two items in about 5 minutes. They could certainly tell

Best service ever. So impressed. They quoted me so low and only upped it 15 bucks when I added several items. On time, friendly. They were done in fifteen minutes. Definitely won’t go wrong with these guys.

An absolute pleasure to work with. Making an appointment was easy and they were totally flexible when my apartment manager required a date change. During the date of the move, they were on time, unbelievably efficient, and generally pleasant and friendly guys. I tipped high because I thought they deserved way more than I was charged; they thought i had made a mistake and tried to give the money back! I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding. Scheduling the pickup was a snap. It was a relatively simple job: haul away a king mattress, but down 7 flights to stairs because it was too big for the freight elevator. They did it for a lot less than others were asking, and were punctual, friendly, professional, with a «can do» attitude. Couldn’t ask for more.

They had a Very Difficult job getting a Huuuge Couch down a tight stairwell from the 5th floor and they did an AWESOME Job! I would give them More Stars, if I could!
Will definitely use them in the future if need be and will definitely recommend them!

It took 5 minutes to book an appointment with them, they showed up at the scheduled time. I was a little worried because it was just 1 guy and one lady, and they quoted me low enough that i thought something was wrong, but then they got to work and moved really quickly. we had a ton to throw out and it only took them like a half hour of hard work. They were great. I’d totally recommend them to any friends.
just FYI they only take cash or checks though.

These guys are the best! They have helped me remove junk from estates that we purchase. They remove all the trash, junk and even remove old hot tubs. They are very low cost for the service that they provide. Mike Barnes is the owner and he sticks to the price that he quotes. they arrive on time with enough guys to get the job done right and done quick! I highly recommend Git Rid Of It for any junk removal service need that you have in the Washington DC Metro and Northern VA.
