Green Touch Valet

I have been dealing with Green Touch Valet about 6 months. For the most part, they seemed to be doing an ok job, even though they claim they launder and return everything sent to them. I have even had some items returned to me with various stains. In any event, I just realized that the last 2 laundry jobs they returned to me were flawed. One bathroom rug was not returned to me at all. They did send back the toilet seat cover and the rug that goes around the base of the toilet, but not the regular bath rug. On another order, the green bathroom set that I sent to them — 3 pieces (toilet seat cover, rug that goes around the base of toilet and the regular bathroom floor rug) was not returned at all. The one they sent to me contained only two pieces, toilet bowl cover and a rug that had been damaged). The rug itself was too large for my bathroom. When I approached them, they told me that after 30 days, they were not responsible. They have never told me that plus they could not produce any paper that I had signed acknowledging that. They just did not want to replace my items. That would have been fine with me IF they had acknowledged that they did or could have made a mistake. In any event, my 2-​star rating is more for their unfriendly and unprofessional, nasty attitude rather than anything else.
