set up to have a party at this place. I called up the manager to get a feel for the party that I had planned and do any last coordinating instructions only to be told that my original plan had to change because they were having a company party starting off at 10 pm when my thing was going on from 9−12… great looking place with potential that caters to I don’t know who!

This is the worst lounge I have ever been too. Weird old Spanish music and very shady ambience. We paid 20 $ entrance fee n didn’t go in, its that bad. DONOT go to this place

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My best girlfriend and I got in touch with Ink to host our birthday there. $ 25 dollars a person open bar for all of our birthday guests. AWESOME. Guests of 40 – 50 people would be coming in at around 11:30. Granted it is a busy Saturday night and the bar in itself is a very narrow establishment. There was literally no room to move and the place was already crowded. Upon entering there was no system even though my best friend had gone earlier to give them a heads up guests would be arriving. We were told our guests would receive wrist bands to show they were guaranteed the open bar. Upon entering this packed establishment, everyone began to dance and make their way to the bar where we were RUDELY greeted by two female bartenders. I cannot describe to you the audacity that these two women had. I was going to call to get their names just to call in and complain of how awful they were. A white tall blonde with short hair and a shorter asian women with long brown hair. I asked the brunette to please be kind to my friends after I saw her tell one of them off because she asked if she could please put more vodka in her drink as she wanted her first one to have a little more of a kick to it. When I saw her rudely address my friend(from across the bar I could see this confrontation take place), I told security to ask her to please take it easy on my guests and I would make sure to take care of her — I really wanted everyone to have a good night out. He said of course, and she came over to me I handed her 20 bucks and again begged her to please be patient, we know we just flooded the bar but I would take care of her and bla bla bla. The blonde was equally just as rude. At this point half of my friends had left citing the terrible bartenders and over crowded-ness of the bar. I also noticed through-out the night that at least a dozen of my friends did not have wrist bands on. When I told the man who set this up for us(he’ll remain nameless) of this he said he would go and retrieve me some wrist bands as my friends had paid the $ 25 for open bar. He never came back. The night ended with myself, my sister and my friends being harassed by the some creep at the bar. We’re no stranger to jerks, and we all told him(forcibly) to back the hell off. Finally I just asked security to keep an eye on him(and us) as we were getting pretty fed up. Overall — RUDESTAFF(except for the lovely security guards) TERRIBLESTRUCTURE(no room whatsoever — should not have been told it could accommodate us along with the regular Saturday night crowd. It’s all about making a quick buck here instead of genuinely taking care of its patrons) The music was good — that’s literally all I’ve got on the positives. I will never go back and I will never recommend anyone going here. It was also extremely dirty, the drinks were terrible and its no bang for your buck despite what they try to give off. Just stay away.

On the day of my birthday, three hours before 57 people on my guest list were to attend, the General Manager of Ink emails me to apologize that Ink has a private event and cannot accommodate my birthday party. Joel Batchelor was aware of my birthday party nine days ago when I first contacted him for Tattoo. You had the decency to cancel my birthday party on the day of my birth only a couple hours before hand? Really nice. Thank you Joel :) No joke. I spent my entire time at dinner emailing and texting 57 people who are not on Facebook about a impromptu backup plan. The entire time was a disaster. Once agai, thank you Joel. Great email! Joel I hope you have a splendid night tonight hosting a private party over a killer birthday party that would have brought you quite the business. And now no one I know will be swayed to go to either Tattoo or Ink.
