Jamba Juice

I hate going to this Jamba Juice because the people are not professional I was there and the 2 girls that was there didn’t know what they was doing my juice was not right and when I told her she got mad at me

I’ve come here three times and they’ve gotten my order wrong three times. Apparently the staff can’t tell the difference between all the green drinks, I order apples and greens and get greens and ginger, I order kale ribbean breeze and get apples and greens. It’s close to work though, so whatever. Jamba Juice has become much more expensive and lost all the cool factor since I was a kid anyway (back in my day! *shakes fist*).

This review is for every Jamba Juice ever. I LOVE IT! It’s healthy, sweet, and the service is always speedy and friendly. Their menus even include the calorie count for each size! Also, the names for their drinks are funny and cute, another reason why I love this chain.
Fortunately, they are expanding from the South, like California, and moving towards Canada, taking the world for a nutritious, delicious ride!

Okay so I will be clear, this is a small location, in and out. If it gets crowded you can simply stand outside and they will even come get you when your smoothie is ready. I had no problem with my order, they were nice and polite. Got my pitaya smoothie drink and kept going. It was so fast what could I complain about?

Oh, Jamba Juice. I was in DC with the family for a vacation of sorts and I’m used to my daily morning smoothie. Unfortunately, traveling usually means you have to sacrifice some things you’re used to and for me, this meant no morning smoothies. It was the second day and I caved; I needed my smoothie fix and Jamba Juice came to the rescue!
The place is pretty easy to spot, but it’s also quite small. There are three tables outside but no seating room inside, which is good because there was a line of sorts to order and to pick up the drinks. The restroom is also employees only. It was a Friday afternoon and only two people were on duty. They get pretty steady business so there is a small wait time before you get your drinks.
They have a pretty extensive selection of drinks that vary from vegan to yogurt based and juices. They even have more indulgent choices (my favorite is the Matcha Green Tea Blast), but I wanted something on the healthier side. I got the Carrot Karma, my sister got the Peach Perfection, and my parents got the Pomegranate, all medium for a total of around $ 20. Not the cheapest, but not bad. After all, it was healthy and, strange enough, that means you pay for it.
The only downsides: it seems like a pretty busy location but there is a distinct lack of seating and space inside the store itself. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to add one more person to the shift. Granted, most people who came took their drinks to go so it may not be that important to them, but my family was tired of walking so they wanted to sit down and rest.

I guess visiting I expect a 5+ drink to reflect the price, so when my green drink fell short in ounces, apple was used to fill up which made it taste like apple juice. I was going for the green taste and if filler was needed to be with scale of the drink not just extra apple. I mentioned something to the gal at the counter and she said sorry but did not offer to correct it which after 32 dollars on multiple drinks, one would expect that courtesy.

Ahh, Jamba Juice, how fondly I remember my manyyyy trips for smoothies during high school in Florida. I love Jamba Juice. I’ve been known to share happy pictures of myself enjoying a JJ smoothie in the past. I don’t come to this location nearly as much as I’d like but when I do I always have a great experience. The staff is so friendly and nice. I love the Razmatazz these days, my fav in HS was Strawberries Wild. Delicious, healthy, filling smoothies every time! YAY JJ!

I remember when this place opened. After growing up in California with Jamba Juice, I was so excited this store opened and have frequented it many times since.
It’s probably my preferred location for smoothies in the district that aren’t completely specialty (hate on chains all you want, but sometimes it’s awesome to get exactly the same thing at different locations).
I’ve always received fast, straightforward service here (even when they’re running free sample days and the line is down the block and in front of the Saxby’s next door) and I’ve really appreciated it.

Shout out to Tiffany this morning! Despite being on her own, she helped a line of people without a sweat – so nice and so much poise! That being said, they should have more support team. I don’t know if it was because someone was on break, but it strikes me that it would be difficult to have only one staff member for a big rush. Anyways, keep up the good work, Tiffany!

This is quite possibly one of the smallest smoothie stores I’ve ever been in. The process is the Enter door, walk 1 feet to the checkout counter, walk 2 inches to get your smoothie, and then walk out the Exit door. Very smooth and efficient process of getting your smoothie.
My personal favorite is Mango A Go Go because Mango is one of my favorite fruits. But I’ve tried a few other smoothies and they are equally as delicious. You can add a few «boosts to enhance the smoothie such as whey protein, lean advantage, energy boost, etc etc. I usually tend to stick with the all natural route.
The staff is super friendly and very helpful (especially when asked what their favorite smoothie is). I remember getting a free smoothie because they messed up one of my orders #winning

OK, so i haven’t written a Unilocal review in a while (before this wk), even though I have ordered from this Jamba a couple of times in the past few years…
Thank you, Arthur for moving your team meetings to after posted closing hours. I have thoroughly enjoyed imbibing on these refreshing smoothies– especially on a hot summer day!

I have been to this Jamba Juice twice now. (I would go all the time in California.) My first experience was better than my second. The second time I was there the cashier was on her phone the entire time and it took forever for us to get our order in, despite being the only ones there. The woman making the smoothies though was excellent! She was efficient, polite, and did a great job!
This is probably the smallest Jamba Juice I have ever been to. There is maybe space for 10 people squished together to stand in front of the cash register. There is outside seating only. Luckily, they still offer a full menu selection.
I love that Jamba Juice is fresh and has natural ingredients. I always get the Berry Fulfilling. My boyfriend got the White Gummy Bear off of the secret menu. (Google it if you haven’t tried them before!) I like that they now have more food options besides smoothies. It used to be that you could only get a pretzel if you wanted food. Now in addition to smoothies, they have acai bowls, oatmeal, etc. I am also glad that their smoothie sizes are back to normal. For awhile, like Starbucks, they got small but the prices went up. Despite the prices staying the same, at least the cup sizes have gone back to what they were before.
This is a great place to grab a healthy snack/​meal. They have different boosts you can add to your smoothies as well. I like to get the Immunity boost and it helps if you feel like you might be getting sick. I will go back if I am ever in DC again and am going to write off the second experience as a fluke. I wish Jamba Juice would come to Cincinnati!

Perfect spot to pick up a refreshing breakfast on a summer day. This particular location is a little small and can quickly crowd, but the staff are always super friendly, quick, and attentive.

Friendly staff! They were very patient with my friends and I while we whipped up the BOGO smoothie coupons on our phones. Grabbed my go-​to Caribbean Passion as well as a Mango A-​Go-​Go for my significant other and it came out to less than $ 6. We even got free smoothie coupons for our next visit!

Good stuff, friendly staff and always great smoothies. Went there three times in three days while visiting DC

Struggling to eat enough greens… Start drinking them!
THE SITUATION
This place saved my life today! I had an 11 AM presentation; with 30 minutes to spare. I was ready to «do the do» but in an anxious kind-​of-​wreck state at the same time. You know… One of those presentations that everything depends on in order to seal the big deal. So I walked outside the office to get some fresh air and regroup. Low and behold… in shiny rays of light… this tiny Jamba Juice shop caught my attention!
THE PLACE
A very small shop in comparison to most Jamba Juice locations; but «gigantic» in the selection and excellent customer service! I mean within four walls of a trapezoid-​like space… This place produces the entire full gamut of fruit smoothies, vegetable-​blended smoothies, cold-​pressed drinks, wheat shots, energy bowls and breakfast items of the larger Jamba Juice storefronts. I was amazed at how they were able to even pack half of the produce, machinery and mostly importantly the employees into the place! There was about five (5ft) feet of order/​wait space but, for some odd reason it all works.
From the minute I stepped into the storefront, I received a huge wave of welcome greetings by the entire staff. I believe their names were Nia, Britnie, and Neisha. There were the coolest. Within my short time there, they offered recommendations and made just what I needed… and fast too!
THE DRINK: Greens ‘n Ginger
THE EXTRAS: Chia Seeds
THE VERDICT: HELLALICIOUS! From the first sip, down to the last drop… this drink had me. The flavor and consistency was on point. Simple ingredients of kale, peach, mango, lemon, ginger, and chia seeds (3.5 fruit & veggies servings) all came together to put me on Cloud 9. For a short moment, I felt like I was on a Caribbean vacation… because all I could hear was Billy Ocean’s «Caribbean Queen» in my head with each sip. LOL… You won’t understand until you try this darn drink!
The smoothie couldn’t have been made any better and my experience today was awesome! All things around me seemed to have gone on pause for a moment… until I heard the last slurp! LOL
I rushed back to the office energized, revitalized and oh… of course… knocked the presentation out of park!
Overall 5 Stars… across the board at this location! Very clean and organized. This is definitely one of the best ones I have been too. Also, a BIG SHOUT OUT to Nia, Britnie, and Neisha at Jamba Juice… for the outstanding customer service and making my day!
*Tip/​Words of Wisdom: Try this location. Their blends of apple, spinach, strawberry… wheatgrass juices… or kale, peaches, mango, ginger… is BANANAS…& will make you see the light. You’ll never use your teeth to harm another leaf again. Namaste!

I love Jamba Juice but this is definitely the best one I have ever been in! The gals that work there are SUPER friendly. Cheyenne introduced herself. She saw that I was overwhelmed by the menu and offered to help me customize a drink! She gave me different options of bases and offered an all-​juice smoothie since I didn’t want dairy. We made a yummy smoothie with kale, oj, peach and strawberry. It’s employees like Cheyenne and the rest of the staff there that make the typical Jamba become your GO-​TO.

I’ve been a fan of Jamba Juice’s smoothies for years but it’s a pretty seasonal treat for me and I’m happy to see the new ‘energy bowls’ they’ve added to the menu are a fun breakfast option that leaves me with slightly less brainfreeze. I’ve tried two of the four flavors (mango and acai berry) and both were delicious. It’s rare that an item looks exactly like the marketing material but these bowls live up the the pretty pictures, fresh fruit toppings and all. I also enjoyed how happy the employees were to make the bowls (I guess it’s more exciting than blending smoothies?) — that along with the friendly hello while ordering made a great experience.
NB: The Dupont location is super tiny (no restroom or seating, only room for about three people to stand comfortably) and it usually takes awhile to get your snack since both the smoothies and bowls are made to order one at a time.

My new favorite Jamba Juice location. The staff is friendly and genuinely seems to be into the product that they’re selling. One employee made some helpful suggestions regarding substitutions, which helped me find my current favorite: the apple n’ greens smoothie, with double peaches instead of mango.

My first Jamba Juice out east, I miss Jamba Juice’s smoothie’s, as this was one of the nearest smoothie locations when I worked in downtown Phoenix, AZ. I purchased a Groupon for five 12 oz. freshly squeezed juices; however, the first thing a staff say’s to me is there juicer is down. So, I chose Pomegranate Paradise, very delicious. My groupon does not include the boosts, so that was at my own cost.
I rated this location a 3 star, because of the staff. I was told I could order from the All Fruit Smoothie menu, since the juicer was down, and advised by the gentleman working here that this would be fine using my Groupon. One of the female staff returned and said this was not ‘Ok’. One of the females was on her phone standing at the register never acknowledged me, only the gentleman, he was kind to ask me what I would like to order. Not very clean and one of the doors is not working. As I was leaving one of the female staff yelled that everything is broken in there store. Well, this is the nearest Jamba Juice and I hope when I return there juice machine will be working, I have four more Groupons!
