Love Justin’s. It is quality bar food at decent prices and the staff is always friendly. Surprisingly good pizza!

Very unfriendly! We visited DC for a week over the summer and really enjoyed ourselves — except for the night we spent at Justin’s. The manager and the waitress we had were very cold and rude. The last half hour was spent trying to get the check.

This is my favorite happy hour joint. They’re always so helpful and the food is great. Reasonable prices for DC.

Went for lunch & a beer. Nice tucked away local joint with a good menu, good service, and good sports. I had the steak salad, it was good.

Does well by location, but service has suffered. Great menu, but don’t order steak salad. Made the way I asked 1 out of 3 times. Today there were 4 – 5 microscopic pieces of steak. I tried to spend $ 3 more for extra steak but they don’t need the money so didn’t fulfill the order. I’m starving, so headed to Gordon Biersch down the street which is MUCH better and appreciates your business. It’s a very short walk beyond Justin’s.

I like it! Justin’s is a small place with a very good food selection(burgers, pizzas, salads, sandwiches). I’ve had several of their sandwiches and have always been pleased. Their salads are huge and full of green. The tap selection is limited but reasonably priced, particularly at happy hour. I want to really give it 4.5 stars. If they ever got a few more beers, or maybe dropped a couple of dollars off of lunch items, I think it’d be 5-star. This area doesn’t have many food options is Justin’s is easily among the better ones.

Great place to hang out before, after or during a Nats game. Also a great place just to hang out. They have great food and a great beer selection. Staff is also always friendly and helpful.

Good neighborhood bar. Love their grilled cheese and tomato soup(when they have it, despite it being on the menu). It’s perfect on a cold, winter day. The biggest downside is that it’s small and can get overly crowded so often times we have to go elsewhere for dinner which is a bummer.

I heard about this little spot, tucked away in the middle of a not so busy street. Well, I’m glad I remembered the location during my lunch break, far away from the office. I ordered the pesto chicken sandwich. Tasty. Not fantabulous. But, just what I needed for lunch. Good portion size. Now, the lady on my right was eating the nachos. Omg, huge! I should have ordered the nachos. They looked divine. Oh, and the burgers on my left. Wowza! Juicy looking, plump pieces of beef! Yes, I know, I was nosing all up in people’s plates. It all looked so good though. Anyway, I like this little gem of a spot. I’ll be back.

I’ve been here once and I’m excited to make this into a regular neighborhood hangout. The service was excellent. The food is very tasty — I really enjoyed the East Bay pizza. Beers were cold. And the prices are reasonable for DC. All around a solid neighborhood bar.

*** 3.5 stars *** Meh. Cool place to have a beer or two. Food is decent enough but nothing to write home about. But I guess that’s okay since they are a sports bar and aren’t pretending to be a fancy restaurant. Barbecue sandwich was pretty good but the fries were a little soggy and not my favorite.

Love Justin’s!!! Perfect spot for hanging out with friends, watching a game, or have a good meal. Plus it is close to Nats Park so you can stop for some great beer choices before or after the games! The staff is always very friendly and on point even when it is busy.

Great progressive happy hour, food, and atmosphere. It can get very packed before games. If you want a seat… get there VERY early.

Justin’s is a small sports bar right off First Street by the Nats Stadium. I had a taste for wings, so I stopped in to see what they had to offer. They seemed to have a nice variety of starters, sandwiches, salads and pizza’s on the menu. I ordered the Sweet BBQ wings and a side of fries, my co-worker order the Grilled Cheese with Bacon and a side of their chili. The wings were really good, I got 6 wings for $ 7, however to add a side a fries was $ 5, which I found a bit steep for plain ol fries… but they were good. My co-worker said his grilled cheese and chili was a 5 out of 5 and his tab was only $ 10. Although I had no real complaints about Justin’s I can’t give a sports bar a 5 star just yet because I ordered one of the most generic menu items in wings, so upon my return and taste of something else, if it’s delicious, I may bump them up to a 5 star rating. I highly recommend Justin’s as a quality lunch spot if you are going to a Nats game or work in the vicinity like I do.

Wings and sweet potato fries are brilliant here! Its a great, often crowded sports bar for an after work hangout.

I frequent Justins mainly because they have pretty good tasting food. However, there is a gentleman who works there that(may be the manager) I find to be rigid, and frankly odd. The ladies who work here are a delight and provide good service. I sat at the bar for lunch, and was ignored the entire time even though Mr. Rigid was making drinks right in front of me. I had to request a refill of my drink, request my check which he never came to pick up but instead focused on coming back for his coffee. I ended up going to the register to pay which is really ridiculous given I was seated at the bar. I would give the food here 5 stars however Mr. Rigid really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Justin’s Café, it’s really a glorified fast food joint with a bar. As one of the only places down by the ballpark it gets overly crowded during games. On the average weeknight it can also be hard to get a table because it’s pretty small. I’ve been for drinks and I’ve been for dinner. Both times were alright but I wouldn’t consider Justin’s anything special or beyond the ordinary. Better options for dinner, even a fast dinner in Navy Yard.

My coworkers and I have become regulars for both lunch and happy hour. It’s the best food and atmosphere in the Navy Yard, for sure! Nothing fancy, but consistently delicious. My go-to for lunch is still the grilled cheese with soup of the day, but each of the sandwiches and salads I’ve tried so far have been excellent. The happy hour specials are always fantastic– $ 4 wines. Wide selection of beer, as well. Service is always great. Even when it’s mobbed, it’s still really efficient.

I am awarding 4 stars because I liked the people here. Weird, right? Me liking people. We came here post Nats-Yankees exhibition game to avoid the sh! tshow at the metro. The interior of the bar is quite small and seating is limited. Drinks were not expensive and that was a good thing considering we dropped $$$$ at the game. The bouncers were cool and we wound up chillin’ with them for a couple of hours. Would return. It’s close enough to the stadium and its reasonably priced.

I’ve only ever gotten take-out from Justin’s, so I’ll have to rate the food more than the place itself. That said, every time I walk in it seems rather small and crowded, so I can’t imagine it’s easy to get a table, and there’s pretty much no ambiance, just a giant TV behind the bar. On the subject of the pizza itself, it’s nothing life-changing, but definitely better than average. Nice chewy crust and lots of interesting topping combinations; my personal favorite is the Wentworth, a four-cheese white pie. I don’t think it’s worth a trip to the neighborhood, but if you live or work nearby this is probably the best pizza around.
