The store is very lovely, the colors and the displays. Not a huge Kate Spade fan but the store is very nice. Pricey but nice to brows.

This is a great, cute little store that is friendly and inviting. I am a Kate Spade fan and have been to their Pentagon Mall store. I love this one in Georgetown even better. Neat. Clean. Great service. Always the best selection. I got a bangle here.

Store is cute and organized and the staff was nice. I loved everything but sadly everything is so much cheaper at TJMaxx and Marshall’s that’s is too hard to spend full price! Still a great shop and beautiful collections!

While I have had some somewhat disappointing experiences in the past here with rude customer service, my most recent visit was simply amazing. I was on a mission to find some shoes for my new job that had a somewhat strict dress code. The manager brought me many selections and even offered to order a pair for me since they did not have it in store in my size. Thanks Avery!

Don’t get me wrong, I adore KS! I am an avid watcher. Always excited for a sale! I religiously go to the KS outlets and find great deals on clothing, bags, and odds and ends. I would recommend going to the outlet in Leesburg, VA. They have clothing, bags, shoes, etc at cheaper prices. Yes, it may be last season, or overstocks, but I have gotten two KS dresses for a total of $ 100 dollars. Why? Because they were from the Summer 2010 collection and I bought them in Fall 2011. But does that REALLY matter? I get compliments ALL the time on them and paid a fraction on the cost. At times, KS full price has some good sales(I got a pair of ear muffs for $ 31) but the Georgetown location is rather snooty. The security guard is very pleasant and welcoming but the staff, at times, will simply ignore you if you are not dressed to the nines when you walk into the door. People with money to spare don’t always«look it». They could simply be out running errands and just didn’t want to put a ton of makeup on and some heels at 12PM on a Saturday. Also, the customers at times can be condescending. Making rude comments if you don’t fit the part. I saw a few women on Black Friday snickering at this poor woman all because she wasn’t a size two! Ridiculous! Beauty comes in all sizes people. The store is cute, but small. It has a nice layout though. I would recommend the outlet though, or Marshall’s in Pentagon City. Hands down, the best Marshall’s! Just got KS bedding there for a fraction of the cost! KS tights for $ 5 not $ 20 and KS bag for under $ 100, not $ 300.

OKOK! Fiiine. I’m a fan! I’ve realized since I wrote my original review two months ago, I’ve been back 3 times. Let me be clear. I am actually not a huge fan of the kate spade purses. I’m pretty much in love with the jewelry, the shoes, and most unfortunately(financially!), the clothing. Good place to go for gifts. The jewelry is beautiful and I believe it’s very reasonably priced.

A guilty pleasure of mine, the Kate Spade store is a place I visit when I am in the mood to spend with reckless abandon. Love their bags for me — and their other little bits and bobs(e.g., KS stationery!) as gifts for friends.

One of my favorites stores. Nice customer service(I’ve always received a handwritten thank you after handbag purchases) and like Coach, the store offers free repairs. I’ve brought one purse back that had a messed up zipper and they also replaced the lining as well. The store offers primarily handbags, but also a good selection of accessories(wallets, planners, etc), shoes, stationery and some household items. Very classic designs — at a price. I’ve found that for sale items, the best bet is , as there is a much wider selection than what they carry in store. If you sign up to receive their emails, you’ll also get a notification of their once a year sample sale. This year they also offered a 30% family and friends discount. One note about their stationery, which I LOVE. The Kate Spade paper is also offered through Crane’s and sold through a number of stores like Borders. I’ve noticed that the quality of the Crane’s stationery is not as good as the stuff through Kate Spade. For example, I bought a set of boxed thank you cards from Borders for $ 20, and while they were the same price as through Kate Spade, I noticed that the ones I purchased didn’t have tissue-lined envelopes. Certainly a small difference, but it’s these little luxury upgrades that make me a repeat Kate Spade customer.

I’m sorry… you paid how much? For that canvas bag with neon yellow patent trim?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I will give them points for having a very nice store. The décor is cozy and the store is always very neat. However, the sales staff took one look at my jeans and«What Would Tom Waits Do?» t-shirt, and decided I wasn’t even worth a hello. Number one rule of retail sales: You cannot judge customers based on outward appearance. Even people in jeans and a t-shirt are sometimes willing to spend exorbitant amounts of money on stupid things… like painfully ugly handbags that look like clowns exploded on them.
