Dishonest. I am currently working with the Consumer Agency for the fraud they have committed. I ordered a Solar PV and Thermal Soalr Water system. The Thermal Solar Water has never worked. Ken appears to be sincere during the sales but watch out when they have their money. I have received NO benefit from the Solar Water Thermal. They refuse to assess or fix this issue.
