I found Kevin via the Prince of Petworth site and I’m so glad that I did! We used him to help us buy a house in DC and he navigated us through the various neighborhoods (we ended up settling in LeDroit Park, which was perfect for us), the ins and outs of pricing, and our FHA 301k loan.
Depsite the fact that we loved our house in LeDroit, we ended up moving to Philadelphia last year. We, of course, turned to Kevin when selling and, again, he was great. Our house sold (for asking price!) within a week!
I highly recommend Kevin if you are a first-​time buyer or seller. He is kind and caring and really treats you like a friend, more than a client.

As a first time home buyer, Kevin Wood walked me through every step of the home purchasing process. Kevin let me set the pace, he was very informative, and the entire experience was quite fun. Kevin regularly shared new listings with me that met my criteria, and he allowed me to do as much (or as little) research as I wanted. Great Realtor. Patient, not pushy and kept up with all the paperwork that took us to closing on time. Our title has a hitch when checked and Kevin made sure we were up to date on all the information to fix it. Many offers came in early and I was surprised that he advised us to wait for a better offer. He is not all about the commission and really does aim to please. I would use him again.

Kevin is one of the exceptional real estate agents in D.C. He know every new project going up and everything being torn down. He genuinely enjoys what he does and enjoys working with people. I would say his most important yet rare trait as an agent these days is his integrity. I truly trust Kevin with the most important purchase of my life to date.
