This employer has one person running it and she is a cheating businesswoman. She expects her employees to use their own cell phone for contacting providers and doesn’t feel that she should pay for your cell phone usage. She doesn’t want interaction with her employees and does not train you properly. She is a bully, is threatening, is rude, and cuts you off when you speak. She does not listen either. She does not respect her employees. She underpaid me and refuses to pay for the remaining unpaid hours. I felt very uncomfortable working in her studio office not only because of her bullying but also because there was a person who accessed her office at night and took a few things. She provides medical records collection services for the American Cancer Society and this violates HIPAA. Her file cabinets are not locked. Her name is Rebecca Klemm.
