Miguel Lem, artist and owner of lemdesign art studio, is a highly accomplished artist, photographer and interior designer both here in the US and in his native Argentina. His small studio on the 3^rd floor of a brick row house right next to Café Saint Ex is as visually enticing as it is warm and inviting. It’s also the perfect location to take a one-​on-​one art class — where you can learn about (and learn to create!) all different types of art! Miguel works with all mediums — from oil and encaustic to printing his own photography onto metal. A lot of his art pieces are for sale in his studio. He also does commissioned pieces, and recently created a 5 piece art installation for the front lobby of the «Church Place» condo building, located at 1520 16^th St. NW, Wash DC. Miguel is also a very active member of DC’s «Mid City Artists» collaborative, and regularly participates in their bi-​annual Open Studios Tour. He’s definitely an artist worthwhile checking out in DC!
