The owner of this gallery feels that she is way too important to help a former customer when she needed information about a past purchase. It took two emails and two calls before the owner lied to me. In short, she was unwilling to help a customer who owned several thousands of dollars worth of glass sculpture purchased there. She could not spare 15 minutes. Furthermore, she treated me in a condescending manner, assuming that I was ignorant about contemporary glass artists. She is not the only game into town.
