After coming back from a long overseas trip and being locked out of our apartment at 11pm on a Saturday, this locksmith saved us. He was at our door within five minutes. Great guy, very professional, knows his business, and very dependable. He will be the person I will always go to in the future, without a doubt. He’s in my contacts for good.

I was locked out of my apartment at 10 pm on a weekday, and this is the number my building office’s voicemail told me to call. There was no live operator, just a voicemail message assuring me that if I left my information, someone would come to let me in «immediately.» Well, apparently, immediately means «never,» because no one ever showed up or called me back. I ended up calling another locksmith at midnight and paying a hefty chunk of change for late-​night service. I’ll be letting the building management know that they should probably pick another locksmith service.
