The front desk staff and nurses seem not very competent. The doctor was unfriendly because I was new(«Why don’t you get that from your other doctor?») and refused to refill my prescription, the primary reason for my appointment, but didn’t have the guts to tell me that to my face, he let his staff inform me on my way out.(I wasn’t asking for opioid painkillers or any other controlled, addictive, or black market saleable substance, just in case that crossed your mind, Dear Reader ;) When the nurse was taking my blood pressure, she didn’t provide me with a chair with arms for me to rest my elbow, so she had to take it twice. The first time she wanted me to prop my right wrist at an awkward angle on the bp machine cart, and when the machine failed because my arm wasn’t relaxed, she seemed confused. The nurse asked me for a urine sample even though I was being seen for something completely unrelated(I refused). It took a really long time for them to run my credit card. At one point I saw the Dr catch a front desk staffer messing around on her phone. Overall, the office felt unprofessional.
