Although the staff were clearly behind on filling orders, the woman at the front (with locks) remained positive and was apologetic to customers. I appreciate good customer service. Food was decent too.

Really looking foreword to a couple of cheese burger and fries. The food was not even warm and the place was a mess. Lesson learned.

This McDonald’s location has really picked it up since the end has been simplified. Before, I’d get slow, rude service, cold frys, and stale buns.
Now, everything was warm, quick, and generally as good as I’d expect a McDonald’s to be.

They’ve recently tried to make some changes but now that the «executives» have gone, it’s still SLOW as hell and a lot (not all) of the front end staff have nasty and unprofessional attitudes. They will practically curse you if you don’t pick up your order once they’ve mumbled the order number. Just horrible and who would’ve thought so in such a high-​end mall.
Skip it!!! Take your money to the food trucks sitting outside Mazza Galleria.

Got my food quickly. Chicken nuggets and fries were hot and crispy– pretty much all I can ask for. They did pour me a sweet tea instead of diet coke, but were quick to fix it. I found the people working to be friendly and efficient. There is plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean. Just your typical Mickey D’s!

It’s not really «fast food» if it takes just as long to get a Double Quarter Pounder as it does to get a burger at Good Stuff Eatery or Five Guys, eh?

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I think they recruit their staff from prison cafeteria! If the counter help is this bad, I can just imagine what they are doing to the food in back. Be kind to yourself and go across the hall to Subway, P. S. Dominica is the worst of the bunch!

I try to avoid going to McDonalds, but one day it was pouring and had nothing at home so I decided to stop by and get a bite to eat.
Subway is located write across, but I had never been to one and wasn’t in the mood to try it out.
I ordered a cheeseburger with only tomato, lettuce and mustard.
And of course they didn’t get it write.
The cashier got the order completly upside down, once I saw the receit, I told her she got it wrong. She rolled her eyes and yelled to the people making it.
I don’t speak spanish, but do speak french so I was able to understand a bit of what she was saying, basicly just describing me as «the bratty kid wants to change it» or something.
So that was annoying.
And after eating it, I just felt gross. Thinking about how unsanitary it must have been.
Honestly guys, avoid eating there. There’s a Chipotle not so far away, it’s worth the walk.
