Great idea for parks in the city but there are lots of homeless people sleeping there at night and sometimes during the day asking for money.

McPherson Square has significantly improved since the Occupiers destroyed it a couple of years ago. The city has clearly invested time and effort into renovating the park, and the new landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The only thing that’s worth bearing in mind is that this park, as with all the other parks around it, has a very large homeless population and it can be difficult to find a bench to sit on due to the fact that they’re almost all occupied. There’s also a significant trash problem, and this park is absolutely infested with rats at night time. DONOTGOONTHEGRASSATNIGHT.
