I do not recommend this place at all! First place because they have a terrible customer service the owner who’s a lady has no respect at all! She literally has a nasty mouth towards customers! Today just cuz I was complaining about the waiting time with my mother she throw food in my face talking about she’s the owner and that everything is done fresh! Ok it dosent take to make a fresh sandwich 30 to 40 min that’s just ridiculous! It was my first and last time in that place and wouldn’t recommend it all! Consider also the fact the it’s a dirty place like once u walk in. BADBADBADCUSTOMERSERVICE starting off with the owner!

I ordered two large roscas for three kings day. When I arrived to pick them up they were not ready and left only after it was agreed they would be delivered to my residence at a specific time(I was having a party). The delivery was over an hour late and when I opened the boxes the roscas were burnt and done in very poor taste. They were dry and cracked and tasted terrible. They also have poor costumer service.

Great tacos. I haven’t tried the pastries but they smell amazing.

Hands down the best Mexican pan dulce bakery out there. The owner isn’t Mexican but got his training while working in Mexico. The conchas are out of this world. Always ask when the next batch of bread will be ready and wait for it. You won’t regret it!

We love Mi Casita! My boyfriend and I bought some pastry/breakfast goodness here the other day and brought it over to the more expensive Le Caprice to pair with some delicious beverages from there. He’s Mexican American and totally approves of Mi Casita, although we haven’t dared tried the tacos yet(not that someone else shouldn’t, I’m just a sweet tooth, and we’ve found a sufficient tacos place 1 block from our apartment). I’ve also bought a tres leches cake here and it was a hit at a staff event — they make really pretty cakes and they are worth checking out. I may be the only gringa there most of the time, but they’ve been really awesome.
