If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don’t know where they found the staff but they have zero understanding of customer service. Each employee is busy texting or chatting instead of attending to customers. They have a UPS ship center but it’s a joke. There are no packing peanuts, few choices of boxes to chose from and the staff uses rolls of Kraft paper torn off(not even crumpled into protective cushiony shapes. Go to Rite Aid down the street for your office supply needs and the FedEx in the Hilton for your shipping needs.

I have used many places including Kinkos/Fedex to print presentations, oversized prints etc for work. This Office Depot does great work. Cedrick has done most of my prints and he spends the time to make them look great and is very nice to work with.

This is indeed a very well managed store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went in there with a completely messed up laptop and was helped by the Customs Service Manager, a gentleman named Seydou Kante. He carefully checked the machine, run several tests, corrected several problem areas, explained what we needed to do to maintain this pc efficiently. The laptop is running smoothly ! Great service.

Yay! So glad I stumbled upon this new Office Depot today! As I played with a bunch of their tablets, I was cheerfully helped by a knowledgable and friendly 39-year old staff member(I can’t remember his name). After deciding to save my pennies, I perused the highlighter selection, and picked up a small notebook. As I tried to find my way to the register, I noticed a giant printer standing at the ready to print something huge. Further investigation leads me to believe that this place not only prints stuff for ya, but they also are a packing/shipping center of some sort. My checkout went painlessly.
