Enjoyed General Tso’s vegetarian chicken dish. Also tried the chicken with broccoli and garlic sauce. Chicken & vegetables were cooked nicely, but sauce was way too salty. We were stuck in our hotel, and called for a delivery during the huge DC snow storm. I’m sure they had a million orders to deliver since they were the only delivery option we had. Totally not going to hold a salty sauce against them. Not to mention, it was a quick delivery.

Solid, quick, and relatively cheap American Chinese food. My new go-to for delivery!

Classic chinese carryout. I got the shrimp & broccoli and it was great. Arrived quickly and was under $ 10. Would definitely go again.

I ordered via the online delivery service. The service was efficient and fast. I’m a foodie so Chinese delivery is an oxymoron for my food ideal or food nirvana … but the food was decent and predictable as Chinese delivery food goes. I would order from them again.

I have ordered from this place two times now. The delivery is incredibly fast, and the food is just so fresh. I am not an expert on Asian cuisines, so I can’t make comments about authenticity etc., but the sauces are not heavy and seem light and fresh. And the veggies in the dishes are so fresh, crisp, as well as the peanuts. I am never disappointed, and more importantly, I don’t feel awful after eating this food, which Chinese food can do to me after too much salt etc — Portions and prices are very fair — The driver for delivery should also be commended. He gets here(Capitol Heights) so quickly that I have been in the middle of doing chores thinking that I had at least an hour on my clock! Plus the gentleman driver is very sweet and courteous — what a great place. I think I will go in one day just to sit down and eat at the establishment. Thanks folks for a truly delightful experience.

I live in NEDC the Kingman park neighborhood the delivery is always fast. The only problem they never ever ring the door bell. The food has always been good and the Munchers are awesome! No complaints here.

These guys are awesome. This is the only Chinese food place I order from. Everything I’ve ordered has been good.

I’ve read the reviews prior to ordering and decided to take a risk. I live near the carry out, so I was expecting the speedy delivery majority of the few past customers raved about. It took an hour for one luke warm spring roll and shrimp with broccoli. I was expecting the driver to pull the exact move of what the pervious reviewer stated… drive up and hand me the food from his car. Then had the nerve to smile and ask for a tip like it’s required. I gave him a tip alright that .50 cents he kept because he did not have change. The food was plied with broccoli and little shrimp, plus the broccoli looked old. The food had an awful odor and so some odd reason a weird sweet taste(which was not pleasant). I normally make my own chinese food at home, but having a lazy Saturday I thought I could afford to waste $ 12.50. And a waste it was. Never again, I’ll stick to cooking fresh food myself by simply following simple recipes online.

This is my go to carry out. I really enjoy their wings, they are good the first day and even better the next. The delivery comes in a decent amount of time and everyone is pretty friendly. I think they do a pretty good job of both Chinese and American food. I’m certain that there is one chef who can really cook, but isn’t always there because some days the food taste not as good as a previous experience but it’s still pretty good.

When I order Chinese, I typically go for lo mien, Panda was disappointing. The Lo mien tasted very heavily of garlic, which in my opinion is not what lo mein should taste like. Additionally, the rice tasted like it had been buttered, steamed rice should be just that; steamed. Further, it took 3 – 4 separate calls to place the order. I had 4 bars the whole time, but the calls kept dropping out.

This is the best Chinese food I’ve had in DC. To be honest, I’ve never even been to this establishment but I have ordered from here 3 times now. The delivery time is usually about 30 minutes(which is awesome!). So far, the food has been great! My new obsession is the pork fried rice. It comes standard if you order any of the dinner specials. Basically, the food here is awesome and I felt it was my civil duty to leave a positive review.

Basil Fried Rice was awesome! 5th star missing because it was about 8 teens smoking inside the place while I was waiting for my food and no one said anything to them. They were actually entertaining, but that smoke smell stuck in my clothes and winter jacket to the point I had to put it in the cleaners(not a smoker)

Efficient, hassle-free online ordering, fast and friendly delivery drivers, and a huge selection of menu options. This is one of my favorite Chinese delivery places in DC, hands down. The fried dumplings are an absolute must, but it’s obvious from all their food that they use fresh, quality ingredients. The only thing I’m not really fond of is the egg drop soup, but that’s just a matter of opinion, since my boyfriend adores it.

Pretty damn decent for delivery! This place is especially good for vegetarians & vegans, but it has something for everyone. I especially like that they have vegetarian dumplings, &TVP(Texture Vegetable Protein) chicken. I don’t care for the TVP beef because it kind of tastes like cinnamon to me. Fast & polite delivery. Plus, you can order online.

I was in town to pick up my daughter and staying at the Comfort I on New York Ave. The on-line ordering was great. Super easy. It was a busy night so it took almost an hour to get delivery. But, the driver was super nice, the food was hot, and good. The portions are generous, and I’d order food here again. Thanks for a great dinner!

This was so good! So So So Good. I am vegetarian, or try to be. Options for vegetarians are usually dismal and punitive, but Panda Gourmet has an option for«fake» aka soy protein«meat» TVPOPTION — it tastes just like the real thing once it’s seasoned!

On a whim we ordered from this menu we found in our apartment mailbox and were very impressed! I have gluten allergies so had to get a special order, which they followed perfectly – steamed tofu and veggies with white sauce on the side. Wide variety of crisp steamed veggies and TONS of tofu. The sauce was GREAT. My boyfriend ordered egg drop soup and shrimp and lobster with extra snow peas. The food was all awesome, huge proportions, great flavor, and not greasy at all. And we love the prices! We’ll definitely be calling again!!!

If you live in North-East don’t bother with delivery my experience was not so pleasant: The driver drove right up to my house and sat in the parking lot. I called him back and asked him to please come to the door, but he drove off. I called him again to tell him that I saw him drive off and he said that he was outside. I tried several times to tell him that he was in the wrong parking lot and began to flash my porch light. I asked him if he could see the flashing light and he said yes. After speaking to people at the resturant he finally came back. I went outside for a third time in the cold and rain to stand at the bottom of my stairs. He pulled up right in front of me and waived angrily at me to walk all the way out into the parking lot. I held up my soaking wet bedroom slipper to show him that I was not wearing shoes, but he waived me into the parking lot again! I understand that the driver is worried for his safety, but my neighborhood is not even a little dangerous. It is a very safe neighborhood. Furthermore, I recieved a flier from your business. Panda DC sent ME a flier to deliver to ME. If you do not want to deliver my food with respect then do not send me any advertisements. I am very disappointed in the level of service and if I had not prepaid, I would have cancelled the order.

Meh stir fry, too greasy for my taste. Eggroll was crispy and not too dense; also could’ve used more draining before bagging. Fried rice was a little dry. Not a proud moment in Americanized Chinese food. The white rice was fine, and really that’s what we needed other than a vegetarian supplement.

I was extremely skeptical about this place when my friend and I decided to order take out. I was not sure how I felt about ordering non-Chinese food from a Chinese place. However, I ordered the gyro and potato wedges and it was quite good. The gyro had«lamb» but I really felt like it was soy or turkey meat. The tzatziki was okay, but not as thick as I am used to. The pita was fresh which is my favorite part about a gyro. The potato wedges were fantastic! I scarfed those down. I don’t think I would order the gyro from there again. The non-Chinese food is okay. The seaflood platter is not bad and there is so much to choose from and my friends says that pretty much anything is good(I will take his word for it). Super fast delivery and I love the online ordering system.
