This Popeyes deserves no stars but in order to leave a rating you have to select at least one. The customer service is the worst. They are always out of something. I waited in line for 30 minute for a chicken tender sandwich only to be told that «we don’t have any bread». The person that orders for them should be fired. How do you not have the very items that are on your menu. This is like the fourth time I have gone to this place and they didn’t have bread. Its always something with this place. Either you are waiting twenty minutes for chicken, the credit card machine is down, they don’t have ice for the sodas or no bread for the sandwiches. If I want Popeyes Chicken in the future, I’ll be driving to PG County to get it.

GHETTO is all I can say. Even the manager is GHETTO. This is my first time coming after they reopened it and it will be my last. They employees are so childish and rude.

Tonight they get one star, I’m soooo disappointed with the level of the night shift tonight. If you know that you do not have enough spicy chicken why would you try to offer it to them? They gave me five pieces of spicy chicken and 5 mild. every piece of the spicy chicken taste like it had been out all day long. To make matters worse The cashiers knew that it wasn’t good chicken. I’m like really? So when I go to get five new pieces The manager says to me would I like to wait and they will drop 10 pieces of spicy for me? I say no thank you just giver the mild so I can go home. The fact that the cashier knew that this was bad chicken lets me know that this establishment can not be trusted after hours unless the manager is there. Sad case because this was my favorite popeyes in dc.

Went there today the customer service was awesome. Very friendly staff. I’m only giving them four starts because I ordered 10 pieces of chicken and received 9. The speed of service could’ve been faster. I’m impressed with the new management.

I was lost so I was little hesitant to go in at first, but glad I did. I tried some chicken & biscuit. I ordered mild chicken and as a side, I got an ear of corn… no fast food has this so it was refreshing… butter dripped all over but it was good :) everything seemed fresh… yummie, good food! Too bad this location is too far for me to go on regular basis, but I am a fan.
