Our HVAC was malfunctioning and I called Donnie/​Precision Engineering at 10PM. We scheduled his appointment at 7AM the next morning! He showed up at 6:45AM, now that is what I call service!
He quickly diagnosed the problem, while conducting a thorough examination of my entire system. He was very polite and communicated well during the entire ordeal.
The price was just right, and I could not be happier with their service.

I am extremely delinquent on this review so I do apologize going forward. We had some wiring issues with our furnace heading into winter. My friend referred me to Precision Engineering and I’m very glad for that. Donnie was the tech that came to the house and did an absolute bang up job and provided some alternatives to basically rewiring our entire unit. Potentially saving us a hefty penny. You guys are great and any further service we would need, they’ll be the first place I call. Thank you.

We contacted Precision Engineering at 830 on a Tuesday night with a furnace that wouldn’t operate. The temperature was approaching 18 degrees outside and below 60 in our home. Donnie arrived within an hour. He provided quick, efficient, and informative service to our furnace. Within minutes he had it up and running again. Thank you Donnie and Precision for a very pleasant experience. We will use you again.

My heater stopped working overnight. The next morning, a Saturday, I called several places and Precision Engineer was the first to answer my call. They said someone could drop by my house within a couple hours. Indeed, Donnie came by less than 2 hours and was able to fixed my heater. He was very upfront on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Very friendly and professional. Overall, it was a good experience.

Perfect in a crunch! These guys made it out to my house in an hour from calling and fixed up my heater in less than 20 minutes. Very reasonably priced, too.

They are a 24-​hour service, but you wil pay for this convience as they are much more expensive than the last company who fixed my air conditioning. As the other reviewer said they were late, but I typically expect that when dealing with repair companies. I’m sure I was only one of many stops the guy had to make and there is no way to predict how long the previous repair is going to take. When it was all said and done my air conditioning was fixed. However, I don’t know much about air conditioning and it wasn’t clear to me what he actually did. Seeing how it was a rental property I just needed it fixed ASAP, and seeing how I am a female I just said OK.
