I did not know what I was looking for in a nutritionist, but I did know that I was done with diets and wanted to develop a healthy relationship with food. Rebecca is leading me on a journey to do just that. She identified my core problems with food, mainly that I was prone to over-restricting(and therefore under-eating) with intermittent binges. After only a few sessions with Rebecca, I feel so much happier and healthier. Until Rebecca identified my emotional eating habits, I did not realize that I was using food to stifle difficult feelings. Now Rebecca is working with me to help me get in touch with my «intuitive eater.» My only regret is that I did not have time for more sessions this summer, since I will be returning to school soon. But Rebecca has promised to stay in touch via email, Skype, and phone, and after only a week away she has stayed true to her promise. Rebecca can help you get to the bottom of your problems with food, and she will guide you in developing a lifestyle plan that works for you and your body. I really could not be happier with this experience.

I was looking for a nutritionist who was knowledgeable, and could provide solutions to the challenges I was facing with food. Rebecca has been fantastic!!! Rebecca helped me see the connection between stress and food choices. She got me into yoga, something I didn’t think I would like, and I was wrong. I love it and am excited to make it part of my exercise and self-care routine. I learned it’s easier to eat well when you’re less stressed. Rebecca can help you get to the bottom of your food challenges as well.
