If I could give this building zero stars, I would. Moving into here was the worst mistake I have made in years.
First of all, if you want to live here, be prepared for the fact tht the management company does not care about you and never will. My hot water has been off for the last three days. I have made four phone calls to DARO about this, and nothing has been done. In fact, the employees that I spoke with wouldn’t promise that anything would be done about it at all, ever.
Also, this building routinely experiences water outages, usually about once a week. Usually notices are posted very late the night before, so that I often wake up with no water. Sometimes, including last Friday, the water is turned off without any notice at all.
Homeless people sleep in the lobby and laundry rooms and DARO does not care.
To add insult to injury, DARO employees will treat you with callous indifference and contempt when you raise these issues with them.
